I offer a safe, supportive environment where humor and depth go hand in hand, allowing any person to explore your emotions, sexuality and ego in a new way – free from shame and performance pressure.

What is a Women's and a Men's Circle?
A men’s and women’s circle is a space where we can drop the act, stop pretending we’ve got it all figured out, and just be real. It’s where you can talk about that one time you had an existential crisis in the frozen food aisle or admit that you still wonder, “Will I ever really grow up?” The goal is to build connection, embrace vulnerability, and help each other grow in ways that don’t involve pretending we’re perfect.
In this circle, you’ll learn not just from each other but also how to ditch the mask you wear to keep it all together. Sharing stories and insights helps you see life from fresh perspectives—and who knows, you might even make some new friends who get it when you call them at 3 AM to ask, “Is it just me, or is life completely nuts?” Because honestly, it’s way more fun (and productive) to grow together—and laugh about it along the way!
